Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. If your dog is showing signs of respiratory infection, please give us notice when you book your appointment and when you arrive and we will direct you immediately into an exam room to prevent possible transmission.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier. If your cat is stressed and has had an accident in its carrier, please notify us, we will be happy to help.

Appointment Policy

On occasion we can accomodate walk-in clients however, appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always be given top priority followed by patients with regularly scheduled appointments. Our wide range of appointment hours allows us to schedule evening and Saturday appointments to fit into almost everyone's busy schedule.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Care Credit, debit cards, cash and personal checks.
